Not suitable but not criminal to bite on while driving.

The express bus drivers as summer 2006, used his cell phone to insert notes, while he was driving an express bus from Sundsvall to Stockholm was acquitted on Wednesday of the Supreme Court.

The driver was previously convicted in district court, but in HD, he is not guilty of reckless driving.
